Preparation:

Begin by stepping forwards with the right foot into a lunge position.

Place hands under the knee, as if trying to clap hands.

Squeeze your abs and look forwards with good posture.

 

Movement:

 

Contract your abdomen and begin jumping the right leg back 1/2 way and the left foot takes it's place.

Reach the hands overhead with the palms facing forwards (while the legs are moving into position).

Alternate feet and spring back into the starting position.

Repeat leg switch jumping jacks on the same side for 30" or until loss of control.

Switch feet forward and repeat second set on the opposite side (or left foot forward).
