Preparation:

Sit on your butt on top the foam roll crossing a leg over the opposite as shown.

For easy stretch, cross leg under to the front of body.

For intensity, place foot on top of opposite knee.

 

Movement:

 

Tilt slightly to the right rear and side of glut.

Roll across the muscles until a knot is found.  Pause and continue to the next after applying pressure to comfort.
